Description

Contractor shall provide cardiac surgical procedures to include bypass surgery, valve replacement, and sternal revisions for beneficiaries of the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center. Contract period shall be a base year plus two (2) option years. NAICS code is 622110. All quoters may submit quotations. The contractor's facility must be located within a 20 mile radius of the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, which is located at 650 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Solicitation documents shall be available on or about April 5, 2001.
