Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Gemini Fiberglass for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to procure twelve 15' dia. x 4' high flat bottom sectional tank with a 4" bulkhead drain recessed in floor and bolt-together with seal. The tanks are required for rearing of captive fish broodstocks. Gemini Fiberglass is the only known vendor with exact dimensions and which can be integrated into existing facilities and meet biological criteria required by the Bonneville Power Administration. The Gemini tanks do not require after-market fiberglass work for installation. Vendors which can provide such tanks may request solicitation in writing to Randall Brown at fax 206-526-6025. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. All responsible sources mays submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
