Description

Invitation For Bid (IFB)38-1701 offering 6 Scoop Loaders located at Red River Army Depot,Texarkana, TX. Sealed Bid Opening on April 11, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. (EST). Inspection dates are April 02-10, 2001 from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. (CST), CLOSED FRIDAYS. J.I. Case, model MW24C commercial, 2 1/2 cubic yard, multipurpose scoop-type. Four-in-one multipurpose bucket is adaptable for use as a scraper, blade, clamshell, or standard front loading bucket. 4X4 articulated frame steering, rubber tire mounted. The loaders are powered by a J.I. Case 504BD 6-cylinder diesel engine that develops 158 hp (2200 rpm). Power steering. Enclosed operator's compartment. The power train consists of a twin turbine torque converter having each turbine connected to its own output gear set. Tire size 20.5 X 25 12-ply. The fuel tank capacity is 58 US gallons.
