Description

The Nashville District is soliciting quotes to furnish academic instruction for a maximum of 12 students located at the Old Hickory Power Plant training facility 10 Power Plant Road, Hendersonville, TN to begin 4 June 2001. The contractor shall provide the instructor, registration, testing, evaluation, instructional texts and material for the following classes to be administered 2 hours each working day, Monday through Friday. Review of Basic Algebra-3 credits; Technical Math for Power Plant Trainees-8 credits; Mechanic and Heat 8 credits; Electricity & Magnetism 8 credits; and Applied Elect Technology. Times and dates will be mutually agreed upon by the government and the contractor. Solicitation will be available on or about 17 April 2001. Quotes are to be received by the close of business (4:15 P.M. Central Standard Time) 17 May 2001. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 61121. Size Standard for Small Business is $5 million. Responsible sources requesting solicitation documents may submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency.
