Description

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to competitively award a commercial purchase order to a contractor to design and implement a four day orientation program on May 30-31, 2001 and June 4-5, 2001 for 15 participants. In addition to the orientation program, the Contractor will provide logistical, administrative and facilitation services for a retreat for 45 participants on June 6-8, 2001. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 56111 and the Small Business size standard is $5 million annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years. Key Personnel Demonstrated experience managing training sessions, workshops, and conferences. The basis for selection will be the best value for the Government, cost is also a factor.
