Description

Notice to General Contractors The Smithsonian Institution plans to construct a two-story, 16,000 sq. ft. building in the University of Hawaii Hilo Science Park. The building will contain offices, electronics laboratories, and staff support space for the Sub-millimeter Telescope Array Project. Construction plans will be completed by August 2001 and the construction period is expected to be from December 2001 to December 2002. A project information meeting will be held on March 22, 2001, at 2:00 pm in the Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Federal Building, 300 Ala Moana Blvd, Room 5-208, Honolulu. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Contractors who cannot attend but wish to express interest in the project may send a letter to Thomas P.
