Description

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition subject to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 23541 with a size standard of $11,500,000. The project is located at F.E. Warren AFB, WY and involves the repair and tuckpoint of brick and/or stone and mortar joints between them on the exterior surfaces of historic base building. Buildings requiring tuckpointing are constructed of brick, with some having sandstone at the base, typically one and two story structures. Performance period for the requirements contract resulting from this solicitation will be Basic with 1 Option Year period. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 16 April 2001 with closing date 15 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) Technique to arrive at a best value award decision. Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. When solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones an offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive.
