Description

Construct TACAN Support Building The resulting contract from this solicitation will be for the replacement of the TACAN facility at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Project consists of construction of a single story, approximately 450 sq ft, block building to house electronic instrumentation and emergency generator. Project also includes relocation of generator and fuel tank, and demolition of existing TACAN facility. A single award will be made on a past performance, where past performance is considered more important than cost. This action is open to both large and small business. This is an internet only solicitation. Documents will not be available via other means. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 Apr 01 at 10:00 A.M. local time. Location for the pre-proposal conference is the 28th Contracting Squadron at 1000 Ellsworth Street, Ellsworth AFB, SD. Magnitude of Construction Project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
