Approved source is Chem Fab Corporation CAGE 3H339, unrestricted, other than full and open competition applies, Note 23 applies, First Article (contractor) testing and Government fit verification test are required. Delivery of First Article is 180 days ARO, exhibit for government fit test is to be delivered 30 days after receipt of first article approval and delivery of production quantities 210 days after receipt of government fit test approval. This solicitation will result as an IQC, option to extend term of contract (48 months). DSCR does not currently have an approval technical data package available for this NSN.
