This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797, and Howden Airdynamics Inc., 2616 Research Drive, Corona, CA 91720-6917. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100.
