F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 10 each, 420 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 16 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery schedule without First Article Testing is 10 each, 280 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 16 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Boeing Precision Gear, Inc., 6006 W. 73rd Street, Chicago, IL 60638-6106, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 and The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
