Description

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie L. Murphy Division, has a requirement to an purchase Eclipse TMR 2000 Holmium YAG Laser System Part # 100-02000 which would be provided to the STVHCS at no charge in exchange for the procurement of disposable Sologrip III Handpieces, Part # 705-37020. This facility intends to do a sole source procurement with Eclipse Surgical Technologies, Inc. Contract will be for base year with two twelve-month renewal options. In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i), Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this request. Information received bill be normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All response be must submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. CST March 29,2001.
