70-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BAE Systems, San Diego, CA for the final development of a software module that will interface with Socet Set to provide the ability to identify, verify, analyze and store features for obstruction surveys. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference NCNL-15
