Description

DESC: Notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to RedCom Laboratories, Inc. Victor, NY. For REDCOM IGX with version 5, Toll Restriction, Computer Telephone Integration Port, Phone Book Generation capability, factory database, equipped with 16 analog lines, 8 "B" channels, and 2 T1 in the following configuration: Line Item 0001: 1 (one) IGX shelf with 115/230 VAC 50-60 Hz power including: MSU/Controller board with Ethernet and two RS-232e links, Expanded Time Slot interchange (ETSI) with Tone Plant, Conference, and DTMF receiver/ sender (4ccts), Ringing Generator, inter-shelf cabling, and cable tray. 1 (one) Basic Rate "S" Interface (up to 8 "B" channels per board). 1 (one) Dynamic Line Board (16 ccts/board). 2 (two) DS1 boardsets (24 channels /2 board set). 1 (one) Universal Clock Synchronizer Board. 1 (one) Message Transceiver Interface Board for PRI. 1 (one) MF Sender/ Receiver Board (4 ccts/ board). 1 (one) First year ISDN Maintenance Service Agreement. Line Item 0002: 5 (five) Proprietary REDCOM formatted PCM/CIA card for database backup. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties shall furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the Government is available to the contracting officer NLT 23 March 2001, otherwise an order will be placed with the above named contractor. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements.
