Description

This notice amends Submission No. 50E932, dated February 28, 2001, published in the CBD on March 5, 2001. The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM) intends to change Solicitation DAAD13-01-R-0016 from a sole source procurement to a full and open/competitive procurement for the purchase of primary lenses and outserts component parts for the M45 Mask systems production at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This will be a firm-fixed-price contract over a two (2) year period.
