Description

This is a combined synopsis/soliciation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to OMNISIM TECH for the following tasking: Scope: The scope of the task includes research and development into an advanced decision support system to improve USCINCPAC decision-making processes and will include integration of the GeoViz technology into the CINC 21 ACTD Knowledge Management Architecture in support of the Kernel Blitz June 2001 Experiment (KBX).Technical Requirements- GeoViz Integration: The contractor shall support interoperability testing of GeoViz components in the CINC21 architecture in support of the KB(X) integration effort.This effort will include interoperability testing of the GeoViz plug-in on existing SSC-SD CINC21 GeoViz client workstations in the web browser application with CINC 21 servers in the CINC 21 integrated test environment.This effort will also include code fixes to the GeoViz clients and servers. Travel: The following travel shall be required in the performance of this task -- From: San Jose, CA to Honolulu, Hawaii, 2 trips, 1 traveler, 5 days; and from Los Angeles, CA to Honolulu Hawaii, 2 trips, 1 traveler, 5 days. Security: Work under this task will require personnel clearance at the unclassified level. Place of Performance: Work shall be performed at the contractors' facility, KB(X) facilities in PACOM Honolulu Hawaii and SSC-SD D441, Bldg 606.
