- Previous Synopsis and correction which changed Solicitation No. was posted on March 16, 2001, CITE (W-073 SN50G1X2 and SN50G284) is changed as follows: The Request for Quote will not be placed on the Rock Island Corps of Engineers Web site. This has been determined to be a Sole Source. The Commerce Business Daily announcement was not a request for competitive proposals. The response date is also changed from 6 April 2001 to read 30 March 2001. All other items remain the same.
