Description

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) synopsis/notice of intent to award, under the Simplified Acquisition, FAR Part 13 (not a Request for Quotation), a purchase order to Robert E. Nettey, M.D., of Rockville, Maryland. This Contractor is considered the only responsible source under FAR 6.302-1. The Contractor shall assist in the monitoring, assessment and resolution of issues associated with the implementation of Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) quasi-experimental grant activities. Furthermore, he shall assist in guiding the scientific conduct of cross-sectional data collection and scientific investigations into the areas of clinical and behavioral medicine from the ongoing group of SPNS grants, as per the Statement of Work.
