Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina is in need of the services of a certified industrial hygiene consultant with EPA/State certification as an AHERA Building Inspector and Management Planner as well as a Lead-based Paint Inspector and Risk Assesor, to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete all work for Asbestos/Lead Survey. This project will provide an asbestos and lead baseline survey of all buildings internally and externally, a management plan, a survey report, and AutoCAD drawings. All work is to be in strict accordance with all applicable codes. All interested firms/persons are to submit their 254 and 255 by close of business on April 20, 2001. This is not a request for a proposal. Area of consideration is within the state of North Carolina.
