Description

The 37th Contacting Squadron intends to issue (under FAR part 12) a sole source Preventative Maintenance Inspection award to IMPAC MEDICAL SYSTEM INC, 100 WEST EVELYN AVE, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA 94041. FOR THE FOLLOWING: Non Personal Services to provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to perform onsite maintenance support, for ADAC Pinnacle 3 System in support of the Radiation Therapy. Services will be accomplished in strict accordance with manufacturer's manual. Services will be provided for Wilford Hall Medical Center. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR part 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
