Description

The Federal Correctional Institution Elkton / Federal Satellite Low Elkton, located at Elkton, Ohio, has a requirement for Cardiologist services. The services to be provided on site. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Government intends to make a single award for this requirement. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract are as follows: 72 one-hour sessions. Cardiologist must have attended an accredited school, possess the appropriate degree and be licensed as a cardiologist in the state of Ohio. The requirement is 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quote to be considered for award. Written requests for the Request for Quote package can be mailed to the above address.
