- The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with the White House Athletic Center, New Executive Office Building, 725 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20503 for athletic center memberships. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within 30 days (30) days. See Notes 22. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
