Description

This project consists of site clearing and development of recreation facilities including restroom, shade structures, play fields, RV parking and campsites with landscaping and irrigations system. This is a Small Business Set-Aside procurement and is restricted to Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 23493, Industrial Nonbuilding Structure Construction, $27.5M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The estimated cost range for this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal with a separate cost proposal. The Government will select the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The significant evaluation factor that will be used for the evaluation of the technical proposal is past performance. The contracting officer may award based on initial offers received without discussions. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about April 6, 2001 in PAPER COPY ONLY, CD-ROM will not be available. Copies are limited to one copy per firm at no charge.
