Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to remove existing culverts and replace with a new arch culvert in Beaverhead County, Montana. The contractor will have 17 calendar days to complete this project after the Notice To Proceed is issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations and will be awarded as a purchase order approximately May 10, 2001. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of 1) Irrevocable Letter of Credit, 2) Certificate of Deposit or 3) Payment Bond. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1.
