MODIFICATION: Solicitation DTCG82-01-B-3WCA26 which was publicized in the EPS and CBD March 1, 2001 is now changed to read: "This acquisition is now a 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns." Offers under this acquisition are solicited only from SBA certified HUBZone small business concerns.
