Description

DESC: Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the installation of gutter heat tracing at Hays Hall , Fort Drum, NY. PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: Provide Temporary support to shore up the floor members. Remove wood column and supporting beams, remove and relocate ductwork and electrical to avoid conflict with new I-Beams. Install new I-beams to support structure and remove shoring temporary supports. Remove all appliances and fixtures. Remove contaminated floor slab. Excavate and remove underlying clay soil, average of 2 foot depth. Replace soil with compacted stone fill and lay reinforcement mesh and pour new concrete slab. Reinstall existing appliances. Replace Electrical panel. (This building is classified as a Historical Preservation Site). This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 233210.
