Description

Project number NKAK 00-1034 is for a Task Order Contract (TOC) for projects on Little Rock AFB. Note: the response date is only an estimate. The actual response date will be provided in the solicitation. Work is to be performed in the general construction category which includes, but is not limited to: maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, demolition, painting and earthwork. We anticipate awarding multiple indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts which will consist of one basic year and two one year option periods. Of the possible contracts, we anticipate awarding one contract to an 8(a) contractor. The remaining contracts will be awarded unrestricted. The estimated contract magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. Award will be based on Air Force basic source selection procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes are subsectors 233, 234, and 235. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 27 Apr 01 and may be obtained at the following website: http://www.eps.gov. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to any contract award.
