- Presolicitation Notice F11623-01-R-0009 The 100% Small Business set aside has been removed and is now open to all offerors. The response due date has been revised from 16 March 2001 to 30 March 2001 4:00 PM (CST) The period of Performance is now 1 May 2001 to 30 April 2002, from 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for vehicle abatement system maintenance for Scott AFB, IL, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7382 and the Small Business Size Standard is $9,000,000. The solicitation can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov. The period of Performance is, 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2002, plus the government will reserve the right to exercise up to 4 option years. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with allapplicable clauses and provisions. Full descriptions can be found in the Statement of Work. All work will be done on Scott AFB IL. The Government will award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the Government. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, Price, Past Performance, and Technical Proof of Certification of Delta Training shall be the evaluation factors. The solicitation and required provisions and clauses can be downloaded at www.eps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are required to complete the Representation and Certifications section in the Provisions/Clauses and submit with proposal, in accordance with 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Telephone offers will not be considered.
