17. PRON: AX149030AX, NSN: 6610-01-165-2103, PN: 7-211C10009, Quantity: 107 each, Max 307 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 7 each, 450 Days after Contract Award (DACA), and 20 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 288 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 7 each, 300 DACA, and 20 per month thereafter until contract completion. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses, Aerosonic Corporation, 1212 N. hercules Ave., Clearwater, FL 34625 and Kearflex Engineering Company, 66 Cypress Street, Warwick, RI 02888-2119. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
