- The purpose of this solicitation is to procure services for the purpose of measuring 16-year old Douglas-fir trees on progeny sites on the North Umpqua and Diamond Lake Ranger Districts, Umpqua National Forest. This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to progeny site measurement or stand exams and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. This project includes separately priced option items for related work. See Numbered Note 1.
