Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, is soliciting offers to provide design, build and install a remote launch control center, back-up power logic control center system IAW the attached statement of work. The Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the service as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additions information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 01T0120 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The NAIC code is 335313 and the size standard is 750 employees. There is one (1) line item as follows: 0001- Remote launch control center (Bldg. 8510) back-up power logic control system design and installation per attached statement of work. 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, (Mar 2000), apply to this acquisition. 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items, (Jan 1999), apply to this acquisition. This service will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.0.
