Description

Fire, Safety & IH Project -- Work included providing all labor, material, and equipment for general construction to correct a variety of fire and safety deficiencies per drawings and specifications. Work includes both interior and exterior work such as sidewalks, concrete repairs, natural gas regulators, walls, doors, ceilings, lights, etc. Solicitation packages will be available approximately March 28, 2001 -- all solicitation packages request must be in writing and accompanied by a company check (no personal checks) in the amount of $25.00, refundable, per package and made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Send to the above address, ATTN: Jane Golding (90C). A limited number of packages are available and will be issued on a first-come-first-served-basis. Applicable NAICS code 233320 and project estimate is $100,000 to $250,000. Site inspection is scheduled for April 11, 2001, 2pm (local time). Bids are due May 8, 2001 at 2 pm (local time).
