- Topsoil, suitable for establishing and/or maintaining lawns in improved areas of Fort Richardson, Alaska. Topsoil shall conform to the specification provided in the solicitation. Any resulting award will be a requirements type contract with an estimated quantity of 5000 cubic yards. A copy of the solicitation will be available on our web page April 10, 2001.
