Description

The contract specialist will be able to provide solicitation copies. This solicitation is for the procurement part-numbered items manufactured by Starwin Industries, Inc., Omohundro Co., & Raytheon. It will close on or about 30 April 01. This solicitation is for a IDC with the following FSC's to be covered: 5985-01-185-7706 & 5985-01-186-2964. Specifications plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the descretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract only approved sources. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
