Description

NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ)565-19291-709 for Electrical supplies for the underground construction and distribution of a staging facility for Mobile Command Instrumentation and Mobile Power Systems. Installation equipment shall consist of transformer, distribution equipment, distribution panel boards, cam lock connectors, assorted conduits, wire, and area lighting. Complete list of supplies will be issued with the Request for Quotation. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 335999 and 500,respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 565-19291-709 to all requestors is on or about April 18, 2001, with an anticipated quote due date of all quotes to this office on or about May 3, 2001. All qualified responsible sources may request a copy of the request for quotation which shall contain the listing of electrical supplies.
