Description

Project consists of surveying visitors to the Shasta Unit (Shasta Lake) and Trinity Unit (Trinity and Lewiston Lakes) of the National Recreation Area, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta and Trinity Counties, California. Basic elements are to develop an acceptable sampling plan and survey; collect systematic and representative samples of responses from visitors and permit holders; report the comments received during data collection to the program amanager; data entry; analyze the data using econometrics or regression analysis; and provide informal monthly progress reports and a formal final report by October 31, 2001.
