This is a combined synoppsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: prposals are beinbg requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F64605-01-R-0002 is a Request for Proposal (RFP).
