- Description
- Contract services are needed to provide alongside aircraft fuel delivery and related services at NAS Whidbey Island, WA for the period March 1, 2002 through February 28, 2006. All refueling equipment is contractor-furnished. The solicitation will be posted on the DESC web site mid to late April. This is an unrestricted procurement.
