Description

Offeror's are hereby notified of the Government's intent to hold a pre-solicitation conference at Radford AAP on April 5, 2001 commencing at 0900 in the Administration Building (220). To be admitted on the facility offeror's shall contact the Radford Security office at the address listed below and provide all the information required: Joseph C Zagrapan Security Manager Radford Army Ammunition Plant SMARF-RM-SE P.O.Box 2 Radford Virginia 24141-0099 (540)639-8645/Fax-7789 (DSN 931-) Joseph_Zagrapan@atk.com (contractor server) zagrapaj@osc.army.mil (Government server) Offeror's who have not provided the required information will not be admitted on the facility. Due to space constraints offeror's are encouraged to bring a maximum of five (5) to participate in this conference. The number may be reduced to a maximum of three (3) depending on the amount of participation. Offeror's will be notified if such a reduction is required.
