- DESC: Operation and Maintenance of high frequency/low frequency radio transmitting and microwave relay site at Naval Radio Transmitter Facility near Dixon, CA; microwave relay site atop Mt. Diablo near Walnut Creek, CA; and HF/MF/LF radio receiver, UHF Antennas and microwave relay site at NAVCOMMSTA Stockton, CA. Secret Clearance required. Estimate 45,000 man years. Performance estimated to begin 1 September 2001 for a phase-in period of 30 days with a one-year base period plus four (3) one-year options. Unrestricted. Note 26 applies.
