Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a $5.9 Million modification to Contract N65236-98-D-5824 with TDS Incorporated. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis, because TDS is currently performing the work under the contract and is the only readily available source capable of satisfying the combination of ongoing service requirements while meeting critical deadlines for ongoing tasks. This is not a request for proposals. Response to this announcement are due 7 days from the date this notice is published to the header address, POC Patricia W. Godwin, Code 1115PG. See Note 22.
