Description

Engineering services for the design, >development, testing, integration, configuration management, and deployment of on-going computing-based projects for the Combat Systems Department. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions is anticipated. The estimated Level of Effort is 102,960 manhours. The minimum number of Key personnel per category: Computer Programmer IV, (2), Systems Engineer III, (2). Additional personnel required: Computer Programmer II (2), Computer Systems Analyst II (2), Electrical/Electronics Engineer I (1), Technical Writer (1), Supply Technician (2), Library Technician (2), General Clerk II (1). Period of performance is five years. Clearance to the SECRET level is required. This is a follow-on to N66604-97-D-0071, which was awarded competitively to Logicon Syscon, Falls Church, VA. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are Technical Capability (subfactors include personnel and past performance) and Cost. Award will be made on the basis of "BEST VALUE". Solicitation will be released under full and open competition. SIC Code is 541330. Anticipated release date is 13 APR 2001. Anticipated award date is 01 OCT 2001.
