This acquisition is for the purchase of various optical equipment for the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute in Albuquerque NM. This acquisition is being funded by a Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technology Education Act of 1998 Grant. This acquisition will be awarded sole source to Gerber Coburn Optical, Inc based on the fact that the Grant specifically requires the purchase of this optical equipment from Gerber Coburn Optical Inc.
