- This ever popular and informative class will be held April 9, 2001 at George Mason University's Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. This is an introduction to the Federal procurement process and its regulations. The focus is on businesses that are developing a marketing program that targets the Federal government as a prospective buyer. Presented by Gerald Francis, cost of the class is $45.00 or $50.00 for walk in registrations.
