Description

The work consists essentially of Rental of Marine Dredging Equipment with operators, Rental of Additional Disposal Equipment for Upland Disposal of Dredged Material with operators, and all operating supplies for channel maintenance dredging, Big Sandy River near Kenova, West Virginia. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (June through July 2001) with two option periods (approximate sixty calendar days in 2002 and approximate sixty calendar days in 2003). The estimated cost range for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. NOTE: The priority for procuring this solicitation is in the following order: (1)HubZone set-aside: (2) 8(a) program; (3) woman-owned business set-aside and (4) small business set-aside. All capability statements and past performance information must be submitted by 2 April 2001, in order for the Contracting Division to make a final determination on the method of procurement. If we are unable to make a HubZone, 8(a), woman-owned or small-business set-aside, this procurement will be solicited as unrestricted and open to all firms.
