Description

The subject work consists essentially of constructing a containment for the tainter gates, then blast cleaning, metalizing and painting the tainter gates. Option I consists of constructing a containment for the bulkheads, then blast cleaning and painting the bulkheads. Option II consists of constructing a containment for the crane and then blast cleaning and painting the crane. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A)Management Plan; (B)Experience; (C)Equipment and Personnel and (D)Past Performance. Award will be made to the low price of the technically qualified. This procurement is 100 Percent Small Business Set Aside. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Documents will be available 9 April 2001.
