Description

The proposed action is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform preventive and remedial (emergency & non-emergency) maintenance work on existing HVAC equipment (Trane and Data Aire) as requested and defined in the Performance Work Statement for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA, 95652-2100. Item 0001: HVAC Preventative Maintenance 12 months. Item 0002: HVAC Remedial Maintenance 12 months. Item 0003: HVAC Emergency Services 12 months. Item 0004:Parts/Materials 12 months. Option Year 1 for 12 months, HVAC Services at DMEA. Option Year 2 for 12 months, HVAC Services at DMEA. Award procedures to follow in Solicitation. Anticipated award date: 05 May 2001>.
