Description

This is a reissue of the combined synopsis/solicitation issued back in March for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-01-Q-0009/01 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 97-23. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 5045. CLIN 0001: Mainboards: GIGA BYTE GA-6VA7 + (Via Apollo, 133a, Socket 3, Baby AT)or an exact equal. The specifications for this particular mainboard can be located at www.buybuddy.com/sleuth/8/1/11001/480429. The only difference than what is on the site is that the bus speed needs to be 133MHz and not 100MHz. If you have any technical questions concerning the mainboard, please call CRRA at (402)471-7302 and not Sandy Leach. The following FARS are applicable to this request, however, please do not send them back with your quote. They are: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items; 52.247-34, F.O.B. Destination; and 252.204-7004, Central Contractors Registration. Quotes are due back in our office no later than 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on April 5, 2001. Any quotes received after that time frame will not be accepted for any reason. Please note that all pricing is to be destination pricing which means any shipping costs must be included in the pricing of the item and not separately. If listed separately your quote will be considered non-responsive. The following information will be mandatory on your quote: correct RFQ number, vendor legal name and address (same as it appears on Central Contractors Registration), telephone and fax numbers, point of contact, Duns and Bradstreet Number, Cage Code, Tax ID number, and business size (small with any special designation). If any of this information is missing on the quote, it will be considered non-responsive. In order to receive this award the vendor must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration.
