Description

This is a reissue of the combined synopsis/solicitation issued back in March for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-01-Q-0008/01 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throught Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 5045. CLIN 0001: Intel PIII 800MHz Box Processor. 133MHz, 256KB. 16KB Instructin, 256KB. Intel FC-PGA (370 pin). Must include a heatsink and cooling fan. PIII only acceptable, no celeron or athalon. Must be PC100/133 Compliant and be NT 4.0 compatible. Quantity 475 each. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska, CRRA, 2960 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524. Delivery 14 DARO. The CRRA department at (402)472-7302 will handle all phone calls regarding technical information. Quotes are due back in our office no later than 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on April 5, 2001. Any quotes received after than time frame will not be accepted for any reason. Please note that all pricing is to be destination pricing which means any shipping costs must be included in the pricing of the item and not separately. If listed separately the quote will be considered non-responsive. The following information will be mandatory on your quote: correct RFQ number, vendor legal name and address (same as it appears in the Central Contractors Registration), telephone and fax numbers, point of contact, Duns and Bradstreet Number, Cage Code, Tax ID number, and business size (small and any special designation).
