Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), 6900 North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 to provide logistics services in support of the SH-60B, SH-60F, and HH-60H aircraft Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) system. Sikorsky is the designer, prime contractor, and sole manufacturer of the H-60 series of air vehicles and the IETM system, and will provide the following support services: maintain a help desk to assist in resolving Fleet and Depot identified IETM problems; coordinate with other IETM providers (i.e., Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI) Owego for LMSI data presented in the IETM; Microsoft to resolve customer issues regarding capability with Microsoft Operating System Software that is certified to operate on the IETM system) to resolve customer identified issues; correct technical publications; update maintenance plans and engineering drawings; process Technical Publications Deficiency Report evaluations; and prepare and issue updates via the Interim Rapid Action Change process. Sikorsky is the only source with the development data, expertise, and experience required to perform this effort in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22!!*****
